Abstract Submission Guide Lines

A one-page abstract should be prepared in the following format :

  1. Use word document while submitting the abstract
  2. Use 12 point Times New Roman for the main text and smaller fonts may be used for figure captions.
  3. The width of each line should not exceed 17.5 cm or 7.0 inch.
  4. Start the first line leaving a space of 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch on the upper side.
  5. The Title, Author's Names, and Affiliations should all be centered.
  6. Insert one blank line between the Affiliations and the main text.
  7. Main text should be fully justified with single spacing.
  8. Use bold face with bigger fonts for the Title but not for Authors, Affiliations, and the main text.
  9. Please underline the presenting Author.
  10. Leave a space of at least 2.5 cm or 1.0 inch on the bottom of the text. Page numbers will be printed there.

Full Paper Submission Guide Lines

Each Paper has to be broken down into the following three sections when you submit :

  1. Background, Motivation and Objective
  2. Statement of Contribution/Methods
  3. The width of each line should not exceed 17.5 cm or 7.0 inch.
  4. Results, Discussions and Conclusions
  5. Total number of pages must be 6-8 in double column format
  6. In addition, the total number of characters excluding spaces, Title, Author Names, and Affiliations .

Instructions for Authors

Authors are invited to submit full-length original, unpublished papers in IEEE proceedings format, along with an abstract of at most 250 words and a maximum of five keywords. The articles submitted here should not be published anywhere else.The papers are limited to six (6) pages, without incurring extra page charges. Previously published papers or papers currently under review for other conferences/journals should NOT be submitted and will not be considered. We will follow the plagiarism policy of IFERP. All submitted papers will be subjected to a "similarity test". Papers achieving a high similarity score will be examined and those that are deemed unacceptable will be rejected without a formal review.
